Printshopz is a printing company catering to both B2B and B2C customers. All orders are produced in-house in a 4,000 m² production facility. The company supplies clients not only in the Netherlands but also in Germany and Belgium. Since February 2021, Printshopz has been using Payt to automate its accounts receivable processes.
From manual oversight to streamlined efficiency
Thom explains:
“Previously, we handled our receivables manually via Exact Online. That meant invoicing sometimes got neglected during busy periods.”

Thom: “The payment term has significantly decreased!” “This is mainly due to the iDEAL link that is sent, allowing our customers to pay invoices quickly and easily.”
Customer experience
“Our customers find Payt both user-friendly and professional,” Thom says. “Through their customer portal, they can clearly see which invoices are outstanding and settle them directly.”
Initially, it took some fine-tuning to get the workflow right.
“In the beginning, we received occasional feedback that invoices were being sent out a bit too quickly,” he explains. “We resolved this by adjusting the workflow, so there’s now a two-day delay before the first invoice is sent.”
