Full control over the process

In the past, two employees at Hendriksen were responsible for accounts receivable management. That number has now been reduced to one: Silvia, who manages the entire process in just 28 hours per week.

“Previously, we sent reminders by post. Now, each invoice is individually tracked and followed up via Payt. While a few customers still receive paper invoices, the majority now receive them by email. If there’s a dispute about a particular invoice, I can pause the reminder sequence for that invoice without interrupting the rest. Once resolved, Payt picks up right where it left off. Managing Director Gerbert-Jan Hendriksen is equally positive about using Payt:
