Our AI modules are continuously being developed and expanded. Below are the features already available:

Payment prediction

Do you want to know when an invoice is likely to be paid? You can with Payt’s payment prediction module. AI can process enormous amounts of data and create a predictive model from it. Based on this prediction, you can take action yourself, such as:

  • Sending reminders earlier or later
  • Act faster on high-risk invoices
  • Call your debtor

Labeling

Every day, thousands of messages come in from our customers. AI helps automatically label these messages, allowing you to sort, archive, or follow up more quickly. For example, think of labels such as:

  • Invoice inquiries
  • Requests for payment plans
  • Payment confirmations

What’s coming next?

Behind the scenes, we’re working hard on introducing even more AI functionalities into our software. One of these is the ability for the AI worker to make phone calls.

Quick phone call

It happens more and more: invoices get lost in spam folders, unnecessarily delaying payments. With Payt’s AI worker, this is easily solved. The AI worker calls the customer to help locate the email and ensures your email address is whitelisted for future communication.

  • Confirm that the email has been received
  • Assist with whitelisting
  • Notes from the call are logged directly in your dashboard

Automating payment arrangements

When a debtor sends a message with a question about a payment arrangement, AI labels this message. This allows you to process such requests efficiently. Would you like to automatically agree on a payment arrangement with your customer? Please contact us for proper configuration.
